Parkview Noble Mini-Grants

Parkview co-workers touch the lives of patients every day. They see patient needs and often go the extra mile to generously and excellently care for them and their families. And what is more, they see first-hand the opportunities to serve our patients even better.

Parkview Noble Foundation mini-grants provide the opportunity for co-workers to submit requests up to $1,500 to fund ideas to provide additional "above and beyond" care to patients and their families.

The Mini-Grant program is made possible through the generosity of donors. Co-worker contributions to the Parkview Noble Foundation's Greatest Need Fund during the Annual Employee Generosity Campaign are essential in turning our co-workers’ ideas into reality.

If you would like to join other community members and co-workers in supporting Mini-Grants or other foundation supported initiatives, please donate here.

Eligibility: Applicants must be Parkview Noble Hospital co-workers. Please, only one application per department.

Applications for the 2018 mini-grant cycle will be accepted from August 6 through August 31, 2018.

You may download the Noble Mini-Grant Application Form and email or deliver it to Cathy Linsenmayer at the Parkview Noble Foundation office.
